It’s a sunny newly restored apartment on the 3rd floor of a 17th century Venetian palace with the typical timber ceiling and a wooden balcony over the roofs of Venice.

It is comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful place near the Madonna dell’Orto Church and the Ca D’oro, just 30 meters from the Tintoretto’s house.

It is at easy reach of shops, restaurants (2 minutes by walk) and all public boat transport services (Madonna dell’Orto and S. Marcuola).

It is located in the heart of Venice, between the Railway station and the famous Rialto Bridge. It is just 10 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and it is also a starting point for all the most important tourists sites of Venice, of its neighbourhood and the Venetian lagoon.

It has a living room, with TV, Hi-Fi, air conditioner, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and Microwave. Two big double-bed rooms, each with its own bathroom.

A laundry with the washing machine and a private typical Venetian balcony-terrace called “Altana” on the Venetian dialect, where you can have your lunch or dinner from the top of Venetian roofs.
